With over six years of experience in personal training, our lead coach, Adam Shergold, brings a background in CrossFit, strength training, calisthenics, and running. Our approach blends this knowledge with genuine care and support, helping clients of all ages—from beginners to seasoned gym-goers—achieve real, lasting results.

November 2023
TraintoAdapt begins as an idea by Adam Shergold, rooted in performance, purpose, and people. A vision for more adaptive coaching is set in motion.
January 2024
TraintoAdapt.co.uk is officially launched, bringing tailored personal training and performance coaching to Fareham and beyond.
April 2024
A major milestone — the first 10 adapters sign on for coaching, laying the foundation for a strong, committed training community.
May 2024
The TraintoAdapt Run Club is formed, uniting local runners of all levels in Fareham for weekly miles, support, and shared goals.
February 2025
The community continues to grow — the Run Club sees its biggest attendance yet, proving the power of consistency and connection.
August 2025
Train to Adapt relaunches with an all-new digital experience: faster, smarter, and built to serve everyone's journey across the South of England better.
