Adam’s run club is really inclusive, welcoming and motivating with a really lovely group of people, and he is incredibly friendly and always on hand to help or offer advice at the gym. Can’t recommend him enough!

Met Adam through his role in 24/7 fareham as a PT and got introduced to his run club. Really fantastic people and run by a great dude, best way to start my sundays.

Adapt Run Club is amazing! Zero pressure, all the good vibes! Such a welcoming and beginner-friendly community. There’s no pressure at all — you can go at your own pace, and everyone is super encouraging. Adapt Run Club is the kind of running group where showing up is already a win. Whether you jog, walk, or wobble your way through the route, everyone’s cheering you on. It’s the perfect place to start if you’re new to running or just want to enjoy it socially. Plus, grabbing a coffee together afterwards makes it feel more like hanging out with friends than a workout. Highly recommended 10/10.

Have used Adam for a fair few months now and I couldn’t recommend him enough! His training plan has not only improved my physically strength, but has positively impacted my mental health, confidence and self-love through my change in physique. I have also attended, and continue to participate in his Sunday run club in which I’m proud to be part of the wholesome community it presents. Thank you Adam

Have been doing boxfit classes with Adam for a while now and PT which has been awesome. He is informative and also just lets you chat which makes anyone comfortable. Listens to the goals you are reaching for and is very easy going which makes sessions enjoyable! Even before my sessions Adam had been a valued part of my fitness journey and helped build a base strength. He also runs the Train To Adapt Run Club which is such a great community and always good fun, having a solid group and founder keeps you motivated!

I can't recommend Train to Adapt personal training enough! The personalised training plan Adam set up for me through his app was incredibly effective. He tailored the exercises and feedback to my specific needs, and I've seen noticeable improvements in my strength and overall fitness. I now feel much more confident in the gym on my own, thanks to what I learned. The real game-changer has been his bi-weekly Sunday run club. I never thought I could run a 5K, but the friendly and supportive atmosphere has completely changed my mindset. It's a really chilled-out group, and Adam makes it accessible for everyone. I'm now running two to three times a week, something I never imagined I'd be doing! If you're looking for a personal trainer who truly cares about your progress and creates a positive, motivating environment, Adam at Train to Adapt is your man 💪🏼🏃🏼

I used to be scared to go to the gym, as I didn’t have a clue what I was doing. But after a few sessions with Adam I’ve gained so much more confidence, have found work outs suited for me and my goals! Highly recommend!

Excellent PT. Very knowledgeable and tailors each workout session to your ability, slowly making it harder overtime which is brilliant because you can see progress each time you have a session.
